Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator – Online to support Belfast City Council’s Marketing and Communications team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong digital marketing, online content, email marketing and communications experience to support the delivery of corporate digital marketing activity across council websites and online platforms.

The role will involve:

✨ Supporting the delivery of a corporate digital marketing strategy
💻 Planning and updating online content across council websites
📧 Leading and supporting email marketing activity
📊 Reporting on website visitors, campaign performance and search data
♿ Ensuring online content meets accessibility standards
🤝 Working with internal teams, Digital Services, Customer Hub and external stakeholders
📣 Supporting communications plans for council projects and programmes
📝 Advising staff on effective web and email marketing content
📈 Helping improve the customer journey and online experience

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and experience working with websites, digital content, email campaigns and online customer experience.
