HGV Class 2 Driver 🚛

💰 £14.46 per hour rising to £15.30 per hour
🕒Full-Time
📅 40 hours per week + overtime available

Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers based in the Nutts Corner area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established transport and logistics company working with high-profile customers across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

The role will involve multi-drop deliveries and collections, with a variety of shift patterns including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.

Main Duties:

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries and collections across Ireland
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery records
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures

Essential Criteria:

• Valid LGV2 / Class 2 Licence
• Current Digital Tachograph Card
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Previous experience driving in a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of Northern Ireland road network
• Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns

Desirable:

• Previous loading/unloading experience
• Good knowledge of routes throughout Ireland
