๐ฏ Responsibilities
As a Park Attendant/Receptionist, your role will include:
- ๐ Providing a friendly and efficient service to all visitors, ensuring they feel a warm welcome to the park.
- ๐ป Managing caravan and tent bookings using a computerised booking system.
- ๐ Handling telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- ๐ต Performing cash handling duties, such as processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- ๐งน Keeping the park pristine with daily facility cleaning, litter picking, and ensuring outdoor spaces are tidy.
- โ Conducting safety inspections, recording issues, and ensuring prompt resolution. ๐ง
- ๐ Overseeing the opening and closing of park facilities and ensuring site security.
- ๐ ๏ธ Enforcing park regulations and ensuring good order is maintained.
- ๐ค Assisting with general operations and ranging duties to support the team.
๐งฐ Qualifications
โก Essential Requirements:
- ๐ Education: Grade C or above in GCSE English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
- ๐ ๏ธ Experience: At least 6 months in:
- Cash handling and maintaining related records ๐ฐ.
- Providing customer service ๐.
- Completing reception duties.
- ๐ผ Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Email, Spreadsheets, Databases).
- ๐ก๏ธ Knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to the role.
- ๐ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- ๐ A full driving licence and access to reliable transport (or the ability to meet the job's travel needs).
- ๐ค๏ธ Willingness to work outdoors and solo when needed.
๐ก Desirable:
- ๐ค Additional customer service or park operations experience.
